The RETAIL PRINT MUSIC DEALERS ASSOCIATION invites you to be an exhibitor at its 36th annual convention at the Hilton University City, Los Angeles, CA, May 2-5, 2012. The RPMDA convention is your single best opportunity to display product and discuss services with a large and diverse group representing the leading retail firms of our industry.

Convention opportunities for exhibitors include: 1) a promotional coupon book and drawings for prizes that will promote exhibit traffic, 2) terrific sessions and activities allowing exhibitors to interact with retailers and discuss industry issues, and 3) recreational activities and sightseeing. If you are interested in being a convention sponsor, contact the RPMDA office.

Your booth includes: Booths are 10′ wide x 8′ deep, and includes one 8′ draped table, two chairs, wastebasket and identification sign. Carpeted exhibit area.

Shared booth option: Shared booths are also available. Your company may share a 10′ wide x 8′ deep booth with another company. Includes two 4′ draped tables, two chairs and two identification signs.

Hours: Set-up is noon to 6 p.m., Wednesday, May 2nd (later setup is possible). Exhibit hours are 10-11 a.m. and 2:20-4:20 p.m. on Thursday; 9:15-11 a.m. and 2:20-3:40 p.m. on Friday; and 10 a.m. – 12 noon on Saturday. Exhibit breakdown begins after exhibits close on Saturday.

Marketing opportunity: Free coupon in the 2012 Exhibitor Coupon Book of offers exclusively for dealers attending the convention with every space.
