Requisites for Membership:

In order to be accepted as a member of RPMDA, a dealer must:

1. Purchase and stock music in quantity for resale.

2. Promote the sale of music to the marketplace.

3. Work with publishers for the mutual benefits of the sale of music.

4. Have regular business hours, be open to the general public, and be readily and easily accessible to customers.

5. Make a living and profit from the sale of music.

6. Pay taxes on income.

7. Pay bills.
