Exhibit Information

The RETAIL PRINT MUSIC DEALERS ASSOCIATION invites you to be an exhibitor at its 32nd annual convention, to be held at the Seaport Hotel in Boston, MA, April 23-26, 2008. The RPMDA convention is your best opportunity to display product and discuss services with a large and diverse group representing the leading retail firms of our industry.

Convention opportunities for exhibitors include: 1) a promotional coupon book and drawings for prizes that will promote exhibit traffic, 2) terrific sessions and activities allowing exhibitors to interact with retailers and discuss industry issues, and 3) recreational activities and sightseeing. If you are interested in being a convention sponsor, contact the RPMDA office.

Your booth includes:
Booths are 10' wide x 8' deep, and includes one 8' draped table, two chairs, wastebasket and identification sign. The exhibit area will be carpeted.

Shared booth option:
Shared booths are also available. Your company may share a 10' wide x 8' deep booth with another company. Includes two 4' draped tables, two chairs and two identification signs.

Hours:
Set-up is noon to 6 p.m., Wednesday, April 23 (later setup is possible). Exhibit hours are 9-11 a.m. and 2-3 p.m. on Thursday; 9:15-11:15 a.m. and 2:15-4:15 p.m. on Friday; and 9-11 a.m. on Saturday. Exhibit breakdown begins after exhibits close on Saturday.

Marketing Opportunity:
Participate in the 2008 Exhibitor Coupon Book of offers exclusively for dealers attending the convention.

Hotel reservations:
Make your reservations at the Seaport Hotel by using the separate hotel reservation form enclosed in this packet.
