Registration Form
EARLY
BIRD REGISTRATION FEE of $195 for the first representative
from your
company and $180 per person for each additional representative
(U.S. funds) MUST BE RECEIVED IN THE RPMDA OFFICE BY APRIL 13,
2005. After that date, registration will be $225 for the first
representative, and $210 per person for additional representatives. The registration fee includes admission to sessions, continental
breakfasts each morning, Thursday and Friday luncheons, and the
Saturday night banquet. Additional banquet and luncheon tickets
may be purchased for guests at the registration desk when you
arrive to pick up your convention packet. Your company must be
a member of RPMDA to register for the convention. No refunds
for cancellations after April 20, 2005.
TRAVEL
INFORMATION: The registration desk opens at noon on Wednesday,
and the annual business meeting begins at 5:15 p.m., followed by
the opening night reception. New member orientation is Wednesday,
4:15-5:15 p.m. Sessions begin as early as 7:15 a.m. on Thursday
with a bonus educational presentation, and the convention ends
with a banquet on Saturday night.
